A native of Genova, Italy, Chef Luca joined the Mandala team in mid 2012. His main love is the cuisine of his Northern Italian home and although he began his training in Italy, he has since expanded his career across the globe. His culinary influences reference the time he has spent in France, the U.S. and Thailand. With over a decade of culinary experience, combined with his passion for fine arts, Chef Luca truly crafts each of his dishes with imagination combined with innovation in taste.
