The Menu

Head Chef Luca Radaelli and Chef Cristian Zanella have created a menu of dishes using the finest and local seasonal produce. Using incredible Italian and local ingredients, whole animals and fish are butchered and prepared on-site daily

and paired with ingredients that really speak for themselves. Our main love is the cuisine of our Northern Italian home, but we also have a passion for learning and bringing new techniques to the kitchen.


Wine List


Our two family owned vineyards demonstrate a diverse perspective of the Yarra Valley. The 20 year old vines at Dixons Creek contrast with the cooler higher altitude vineyard at Yarra Junction, which is exclusively planted to pinot noir. From these two vineyards, we strive to produce

expressive, fruit driven wines that are a pleasure to drink. In the years where there is complete harmony between the site, climate and varietal, carefully selected single site wines are released, such as our ‘The Prophet’ Pinot Noir and ‘The Butterfly’ Cabernet Sauvignon. One of the best place for a top winery wedding experience in the Yarra Valley.
