Veal tonnato, gourmet cold cuts, gnocco fritto, marinated
mt. zero olives, smoked salmon blinis, truffled insalata russa, chicken liver parfait.

Main

A roasted feast to share composed of:

Roasted lamb rump, cavolo nero, jus
Slow-cooked lamb terrine, spiced yoghurt
Pan fried beef cheek, jus
Wild Barramundi, salsa verde

Served with:

Roasted potatoes, garlic and herbs
