We’re located at e’Stellar Estate in Dixons Creek, about an hour from Melbourne on the Melba Highway.
Close enough that your guests don’t have to make a day of just getting here, but the moment they arrive, the views and the atmosphere make it feel like they’ve genuinely gone somewhere.

Our Glass Room is the heart of the venue, and for good reason. It’s a contemporary, light-filled space with floor-to-ceiling glass wrapping three sides of the room, framing the vineyards and open countryside beyond in a way that shifts beautifully as the light changes throughout the day.
In the morning, it looks bright and alive. By late afternoon, when the vines catch the last of the golden hour, it softens into a warm, romantic setting that feels made for a small function space in the Yarra Valley.
2. One property, one flow
Yes, all of our spaces sit together on the one estate. There’s no shuttling guests between locations, no break in the atmosphere, no moment where the energy of the night gets interrupted.
Our Garden, our Gazebo set among the vine rows, and our Bocce Ball Court with its elevated views across the estate are all on the one property, all within easy reach of each other.
Your guests can move between them naturally as the evening unfolds, without anyone having to relocate. The whole event just breathes as one experience.
3. The food and wine
The experience is just as much about the food. Our kitchen is led by Chef Luca Radaelli, and much of what arrives at the table starts in our on-site kitchen garden and from trusted local suppliers.
Also, our menu changes with the seasons, following what’s fresh and at its best. For the wines, they come from our e’Stellar Estate, the same vineyard you’ll see right outside the windows.
Expressive Chardonnay, silky Pinot Noir, and more, all matched carefully to the food on the table.
Beyond the estate wines, we also carry a broader selection of Australian and Italian varieties, craft beers from Hop Hen and Hargraves Hill, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options, so every guest at the table is genuinely looked after.
